The directories are updated daily in an effort to provide you with the most current PPO and EPO providers. NPP does not represent, imply, or warrant any benefit coverage for services provided by the network providers. The user is responsible for the use of the information provided. Users should contact the payor to verify individual benefits, precertification requirements and specific covered services. Some clients have customized networks which may restrict the NPP providers listed. Please check your plan booklet/design for specifics. As an example, some clients elect specific mental health providers or companies that may or may not be included in the NPP network.

Providers Practicing in a Group - Providers listed in this directory may practice in more than one group. Not all groups, or all providers within a group are necessarily Nevada Preferred Professionals (NPP) preferred providers. Please verify the name of the provider you wish to see before scheduling an appointment.

Provider Location - Individual providers may practice in a variety of different office locations. The listing of a specific provider does not mean that the preferred provider status applies to all practice locations. Before you visit a provider (with two or more offices), please verify in the directory that your choice is, in fact, a preferred provider location.

What Services are Covered - The provider directory does not guarantee the services of in-plan providers will be covered under your health care plan. Be sure to consult your Certificate of Insurance or other health benefit plan description to determine what types of providers and services are covered. Failure to check this could result in a reduction in your benefits or increased "out-of-pocket" expenditures for the medical services rendered. A listing in the directory does not verify coverage of a service or benefit. You must contact your payor or third party administrator to verify covered services and benefits. NPP does not pay claims or verify any benefit information. Providers listed in the directory are plan providers with NPP. The specialty or service, however, may not be covered by your plan.

Providers Changing Status - The directories are subject to change. New providers may enter the Network. Currently listed providers may no longer participate. Therefore, frequent verification is necessary to confirm Preferred Provider status before services are rendered.
